Meet Our Founders

Founder & Managing Partner

Joe Dionne

With an impressive career spanning more than 18 years in the construction industry, Joe's journey is marked by significant achievements and transformative leadership. Before becoming an integral part of JBS, Joe studied Safety and Occupational Health with a minor in Construction Management. Joe applied these skills serving as the leader for the East Coast All Access Building team, where his strategic contributions led to a substantial revenue growth from 2 million to over 8 million.

Before that, Joe honed his skills as a Safety Coordinator at PAR Electrical Contractors. He quickly was promoted to Safety Manager and acted as an assistant Project Manager for utility projects on a limited basis.

In 2018, Joe founded JBS, initially focusing on residential remodeling as a result of his passion for general contracting. In 2020 Joe joined forces with Kevin Polley to expand the business with a division focused on national property management. Under their visionary guidance, JBS broke into commercial general contracting in 2021.

Throughout his entire career, Joe has spent his time in the construction industry, demonstrating unwavering dedication. His passion and effective leadership have been pivotal in shaping and evolving the JBS brand, leaving an indelible mark on its success both in the past and for the years to come.

Founder & Managing Partner

Kevin Polley

Kevin currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas and has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He founded JBS in 2018 alongside partners Joe Dionne and Alex Silvers with the goal of scaling a construction & property management company within the National Account customer vertical. With he and his partners’ expertise, in just 5 short years they turned JBS into a company with $20 Million of annual revenue.

Prior to JBS, Kevin worked for Rexel USA, Inc. in the National Account division. He managed portfolio of restaurants & retailers supplying their electrical product needs for new construction and remodel builds. An expert at developing and scaling multi-location rollout programs, Kevin supplied over 20,000 remodel and new construction locations with electrical products such as switchgear, controls, and lighting fixtures. He is a family man first and loves spending time with his wife Theresa, and their three boys Lucas, Tucker, and Mack.

Alexander Silvers

As a mechanical engineer with construction management skills, I have successfully led and executed multiple projects for JBS Management group, a leading general contractor on a national scale.

As owner operator, I oversee the design, planning, and delivery of various facilities and renovations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. I also created cost friendly budgets, worked with our in-house attorney on contracts, establish national vendors, and coordinated with the sales, operations, and legal teams of our clients

I am motivated by the opportunity to create and improve the physical infrastructure and environment that supports the growth and performance of our nations leading construction industry. I am also passionate about learning new skills and technologies that enhance my professional development and value.
